At RinseHero, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work when you shop at rinsetools.com.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging where possible.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that have been used or installed (unless faulty);
  • Products returned without original packaging or missing parts not due to our error;
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

This does not affect your rights in relation to items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

3. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at support@stellathecollections.net with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

If your return is the result of our error — for example, you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item — we will cover the cost of return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer; our team will confirm the details when you start your return.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within a few days of delivery — with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, contact us and we will let you know what’s available. The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, it will be treated as a standard return once you receive it.

9. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on returned or exchanged items.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received an approved refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@stellathecollections.net.

11. Your Consumer Rights

Our returns and refunds are offered in addition to any rights and remedies you are entitled to under applicable United States consumer protection law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights.
